Either they’re running a great scam or their subscription system is flawed to say the least. After cancelling my account my credit card continues to be charged by them every month. And when you contact their customer service to ask for help to fix it and to receive a refund for the fraudulent charges they tell you that they can’t refund and can’t help. Yet they keep charging you after you cancel.
