I can’t say enough good things about Zoom. It’s allowed our company to have a work from home culture, no matter where someone lives. For example our development team has team members that work all over the country and host daily meetings with Zoom to collaborate.
Pros: Zoom meetings are fantastic! We use them for our weekly meetings and company all hands events. The combination of web cam video and screen share is great and it’s really easy to mute/unmute and share screens. Our company uses the integrated iPad app for our meeting rooms.
Cons: User roles and permissions seems to be our biggest challenge with Zoom. From the highlighter marker to the comments I wish we could control who sees that or able to comment, especially in setting with a large number of attendees.
