I have to say that up to today I have not found an online meeting software that works perfectly across the board. While Zoom is not perfect, it appears to be more stable and consistent than the competition, except for the basic user interface, which hasn’t been updated since I started using the product a few years back.
Pros: The most stable program out there — meetings launch every-time with ease (although sometimes you have to download software to get in to the meeting).
Cons: The user interface to start with, it’s horrible. Sure it may fine if it’s just you and three other people in the meeting. If you have more attendees than that then you will struggle. Makes it really difficult to see attendees and share screens etc. Also, it can be challenging for people that have never used Zoom before to join meetings if they have not prior experience with the technology.
