Platform Security and soundness. How secure and how scalable is the technology
Financial Status. Is the vendor funded or a small start-up? Longevity of business.
Ability to meet use cases and requirements. Can the vendor meet basic requirements?
Ease of implementation. How easy is it to configure? Will a 3rd party be needed?
Ongoing support and customer service. Will there be regular communication and service
Pricing and ability to reach agreed terms on contract. Pricing needs to be in scope of budget.
Cultural fit with our company. The vendor’s team needs to jive with our team.
