I’m a marketer that works a large company where I serve video creation services to multiple departments. Powtoon has made it so easy to create videos, and using the software I have created hundreds of videos for internal comms, advertising, recruiting and training.
Pros: The easy-to-get started. Simple yet powerful web tool for creating animated videos. I’m not a super technical person. I’m more on the creative side, so me being able to create professional videos on this platform without tons of training has be amazing.
Cons: The one consistent issue I keep having is around support. It’s really hard to get ahold of an actual person to have a conversation. Lack of good quality support is keeping me from giving Powtoon a 10 rating here.
