they charged me for 12 months and after 1 month , i want a partial refund and they refused. now i have 11 months a worthless account.

Save yourself some frustration and pay for a different service. I have tried to make several simple videos, which would have been great except that the exported video is always messed up in some way. Worst customer service EVER! I have asked for a week for someone to call me-no response. The company does not supply a customer service phone number, so it is impossible to call them. Signed up for their service by mistake and tried to cancel the next day. They refuse to refund my money-this company is not reputable.  Will report them to the BBB and Attorney General for fraud.
