Actively managing your profile and providing up-to-date information about the company and solutions is encouraged as primary and then additional info such as press releases and updates will help you directly engage with qualified buyers. Solution Profile admins can update their listings at any time by logging into an approved Vendor Account.
To update a Solution Profile:
- Sign into your account or create a new one.
- From the Account Manager Dashboard click on Manage Account Settings.
- Edit the listing profile by filling out the forms, adding images and videos.
- Once you have saved your profile you will NOT see any changes reflected immediately on the solution profile.
- Next, our team will review all changes before publishing which usually takes 1-3 business days at most.

There are two type of reviews:
- User Submitted Ratings & Reviews: These are reviews that anyone visiting our website can submit. Reviews are free form submissions with customer feedback. Ratings are on a scale of 1 to 10 and anyone can provide a rating. - 50Wheel Official Review: The other type of review is an official review by the 50Wheel team. This type of review is an in depth involved process that involves a questionnaire, demo session with our team, and the submission of reference customers. This feature is available to Premium Account Holders only.
